If you need to cancel your domestic/international registration, please email getaway@hollitudeholidaytravel.com. We strongly recommend travel protection because, let's face it...life happens! All payments and bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel a trip, you are still responsible for the remaining balance on your tour. You may be able to find a substitute for your spot, but may have name change and airline fees added to your tour cost. 

For day trips, please email getaway@hollitudeholidaytravel.com. All day trips are non-refundable. You are welcome to find a substitute for your spot at no additional charge.

Any refund processed will be assessed a $25 administrative fee, in additional to a 3% credit card fee. You have the option of receiving your refund as an account credit with no additional fee.

Each day trip may have a different pickup location, based on our destination. The itinerary, with the pickup locations and times can be found under ‘Itinerary’ in the trip description. 

For Domestic/International tours, all pickups will be at Goerke's Corners Park n Ride (Hwy 94/Barker Rd) and will be located in the long-term parking section. 

Hollitude Holiday Travel is not responsible for any damage to your vehicle while you are parked at the meeting location. If you do not want to leave a car, please make arrangements to be dropped off/picked up at the designated location.

Gratuities are included in the tour price unless stated otherwise. However, our partners, docents, and drivers always appreciate any additional tips. It is customary to tip your tour director $5–$10 per person for a full-day tour.

Your trip confirmation will be emailed to the address used when registering. Please add holly@hollitudeholidaytravel.com and getaway@hollitudeholidaytravel.com

to your safe sender list/contacts to ensure you receive all correspondence. Trip confirmations will be emailed 1-2 weeks prior to the trip!

Beginning for Fall 2026, Hollitude Holiday Travel is offering Early Bird Registration Discounts. If you register prior to the deadline, you will receive a discount on your tour!

Beginning in Fall 2026, Hollitude Holiday Travel will begin incorporating your check discount into the price of the tour and will also offer an early-bird discount! This pricing will make it easy for you to save! Folks will also have the option of using Affirm© to finance their tour, with zero interest payments.
