All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment is received. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking reference number and itinerary.
Cancellations made by the customer within 30 days of booking are eligible for a full refund, except for non-refundable deposits. After this period, refunds will be processed per the individual travel provider’s terms.
Hollitude Holiday Travel acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, or tour operators. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or other issues caused by these providers.
