Enjoy this educational pontoon ride through the Horicon Marsh. We’ll see the beauty of the marsh up-close on our private pontoon ride. Nestled in the heart of Southeastern Wisconsin, the Horicon Marsh is a breathtaking expanse of wetlands. Encompassing 33,000 acres, with more than 300 species sighted including the Horned Grebe, Glossy Ibis, Brnat, Black-Bellied Whistling Duck, Cinnamon Teal, Eurasian Wigeon, the Golden Eagle, and the Tufted Titmouse. The marsh is best known for the spring and fall migration of Canada Geese, which often numbers more than 200,000 birds! On our narrated tour, we’ll find out why it is recognized as a wetland of international importance and the largest freshwater cattail marsh in the contiguous United States!
